Previously a financial executive, Bart took the leap into running his own successful leadership development and executive coaching business.  But his big love is his work as a trustee of Street Child of Sierra Leone, where they've built a number of schools for street children and have reunited over 2000 children with their parents lost in the war.  In a 2011 interview with us, he said:  "I believe we can solve the problem of steet children in Sierra Leone, to perhaps 20% of the current numbers.  When you say that to a professional charity worker, they laugh in your face and say you'll never do that, that's impossible, grow up, be realistic.  I don't want to be realistic.  I want to dream that that is possible.  I know it's possible and we have a plan to get there through a self-funding organisation."

Lynn Cohen, a visionary entrepreneur herself, had a conversation with her son Matt (who's in university) about a new business idea called Hire for Brilliance, creating apprenticeships in a symbiotic way for young people who can, without the need for a college degree, share their brilliance with companies in that need of new innovative thinking.  Matt went away and, unbeknownst to her, put a listing on Craigs List for his new business called Symbiotic Services, offering university student assistance to any business who'd be willing to help a student get started in life.  The response was overwhelming and today, two weeks later, he now has an assistant to help handle the response his new business is getting.

Four years ago, Ole was a trainer for someone else's company.  Today he's a thriving entrepreneur, running Energy Excellence www.energy-excellence.com with clients in 4 countries and offices in Denmark and New York.  But that's not even the most exciting part.  In the last year, Ole started the Periamma Foundation www.periamma.org to build schools for children in rural India and today, one year later, he's helped to build five schools for 550 children in India, Kenya, Uganda and Thailand.
